Privacy Policy

PropertyPolish is operated by WorkerBee Consulting LLC. This policy covers the PropertyPolish website, iPhone and iPad apps, web app, and related services. It explains what information we handle, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect your email address, account and session identifiers, subscription status, edit usage, and support communications so we can authenticate you, operate your account, apply plan limits, and provide support. We may also receive project identifiers and listing names or addresses that accompany edit requests or are used in account and support views.

Projects stored on your device

In the web app, project records, original photos, saved versions, and version history are stored in your browser's local database. The iPhone and iPad apps store the corresponding project library on your device. These libraries do not currently sync between devices or browsers, and saving a photo locally does not by itself send that copy to us. Browser or device cleanup, storage eviction, deleting a project, or uninstalling the app may remove local data, so export results you need to keep.

Cloud image processing

When you request an edit, the source photo, your edit instructions and any targeted markup, related identifiers, and the generated result are sent to our cloud infrastructure and AI image processing provider. Source uploads, generated results, and analysis artifacts may be retained for up to 730 days. Related job records, such as status, instructions, model information, and usage, are retained while your account is active or as reasonably needed to deliver edits, troubleshoot and secure the service, evaluate output quality, and respond to account requests. We do not use your photos to train PropertyPolish models.

Payments and subscriptions

Stripe processes web purchases, and Apple processes App Store purchases. We receive information such as a customer or transaction identifier, subscription status, product, billing period, cancellation status, and payment outcome. PropertyPolish does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers. Stripe and Apple handle payment information under their own privacy policies.

Website analytics

Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Google may receive information such as pages viewed, browser and device details, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers, subject to Google's privacy controls.

How we use and share information

We use information to authenticate users, process and deliver edits, administer subscriptions and limits, maintain security, troubleshoot, communicate about the service, and improve product quality. We share information only as needed with providers that support those functions, including cloud hosting and email delivery providers, OpenAI for image processing, Stripe for web billing, Apple for App Store billing, Google for website analytics, and operational support tools. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or complete a business transaction.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information or your photos.

Retention and deletion

Local project data remains under your browser or device controls. Account deletion removes active account, entitlement, session, usage, and edit-job records from our account systems, but it does not automatically clear local data on every browser or device. Cloud image-processing artifacts may remain until their scheduled deletion, up to 730 days. We may retain limited transaction, security, tax, accounting, or legal records where reasonably necessary.

Your choices

You can delete local projects in the app, clear the web app's site data through your browser, and request deletion of your PropertyPolish account in the app or by contacting us. Billing records held by Apple or Stripe are subject to their respective controls and retention rules. Account deletion immediately cancels an active Stripe subscription; Apple subscriptions must be managed separately through Apple. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this policy as PropertyPolish changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision, and we will provide additional notice where reasonably required.
