Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PropertyPolish iPhone, iPad, and web apps and related services. PropertyPolish is provided and sold by WorkerBee Consulting LLC. By creating an account or using PropertyPolish, you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account activity and for providing accurate account information. You retain your rights in the photos and instructions you submit. You give us permission to host, copy, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Review every edit

PropertyPolish uses automated image processing that can be inaccurate, omit details, or introduce artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing every result before publishing, advertising, or otherwise relying on it.

Honest use of virtual staging

Virtual staging and similar edits must not be used to misrepresent a property's condition, fixtures, dimensions, layout, or permanent features. You are responsible for making any disclosures required by applicable law, listing services, professional rules, and advertising platforms.

Plans and usage

PropertyPolish currently includes a free tier with 10 lifetime edits. Pro is currently $9.99 per month and includes 100 AI edits per monthly billing period for individual use. The price, included features, limits, and billing period shown when you purchase control if they differ from this summary.

Eligible Pro customers may buy optional edit packs as one-time purchases. The currently offered pack provides 50 additional edits for $4.99, is usable only while Pro is active, and expires one year after purchase. Edit-pack credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your PropertyPolish account. Subscriptions, cancellation, and taxes

Pro subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Web purchases are processed by Stripe, and purchases made in the iOS or iPadOS app are processed by Apple. Cancel through the same provider you used to subscribe: use PropertyPolish billing settings for Stripe purchases and Apple's subscription settings for App Store purchases. Unless your billing provider states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the current paid period. Deleting your PropertyPolish account immediately cancels a Stripe subscription and ends its remaining access; it does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected based on your billing information. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under the billing provider's rules and applicable law. Refunded edit packs and packs under a payment dispute may have their remaining credits suspended or revoked; eligible credits may be restored if a dispute is resolved in our favor.

Fair use

Monthly edit limits protect service reliability and keep pricing sustainable. If an account reaches its monthly edit limit, additional edits may be paused until the next billing period or moved to a Business plan. We may also rate limit or pause accounts that put unusual load on the system.

Acceptable use

Do not use PropertyPolish unlawfully, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, access another person's account, or submit content that violates another person's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or service risks.

Availability and local data

Features may change or become unavailable. Web projects are stored in the browser, and iPhone and iPad projects are stored on-device; they do not currently sync between clients. You are responsible for exporting or backing up results you need to keep.

Service limitations

PropertyPolish is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of locally stored data, or that an edit will be suitable for a particular listing. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects your use of the service, we will provide notice where reasonably required.
